Meraviglia Oct 12, 2025 Itinerary - Bermuda or Bahamas?

I'm looking at the sailing in the title above. It's called a Bermuda cruise on the website but the itinerary has it going to Florida and the Bahamas. Anyone know which one it is?

Bahamas. Received email from MSC yesterday that due to port congestion at Bermuda we are now going to Bahamas. 😞

Ah, so this just happened. That's a bummer. I was looking for a different itinerary on Meraviglia out of NYC. Thanks for the info.

I would be very very disappointed if I booked a Bermuda sailing and ended up going to Port Canaveral and Nassau....

same...like really upset. Weather is one thing, but scheduling issues would make it much worse

They do have one 9/7/25 I think but that’s not a good date for us to change to. At least we found out more than a year before unlike last November I received a WhatsApp message from a crew friend the night before so at least I had time to take out the stuff I was bringing to our friends in Bermuda. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh yeah, if you were notified before final payment was due, that is not so bad.

We were offered refund if cancelled or move to another cruise at the prevailing rates. Turns out this itinerary is almost $300 cheaper that what we booked at but if I wanted it repriced I would lose $200 obc. Not worth the trouble.

I hadn't even booked it yet and I'm disappointed.

I’m on the 9/7 cruise to Bermuda in YC. 
I would cancel if it was going to the Bahamas.

We haven’t been there (Ocean Cay) for a while and that is the only reason we decided to go. We hardly ever leave the YC and never get off the ship except OC. Curious about the renovations of Ocean House and looking forward to my lobster roll😊😊

I do not know about Oct 12 2025 but they better not change my upcoming Oct 13, 2024 cruise which is going to Bermuda.

I may end up booking Oceania NYC to Bermuda in late July ‘25 instead. I’ve been meaning to try them out anyway.

I agree Bahamas is a crappy substitute for Bermuda. However, It being the peak of hurricane season you may end up in Bahamas or Canada NE anyway.

Canadian cruises are my favorite so I wouldn’t be disappointed as long as I had at least one days notice in order to repack. 😂. Good thing I have crew friends on board who let me know of changes.

Care to ask them if they have heard anything about the 10/13 schedule?  I can’t imagine we are going to be heading south.
