SkiWave Posted Monday at 02:39 AM #1 Share Posted Monday at 02:39 AM We just booked a 2026 cruise on the recently released 2026 schedule. We are Silver Club Members having sailed several Seabourn cruises. Seabourn was not willing to provide us the 5% return guest discount. There were no special promotions available, so we were not looking to combine any promotions. We booked the on-line advertised price. Is the return guest discount only available on certain sailings? We welcome comments based upon your experience.
dalliowner Posted Monday at 07:27 AM #2 Share Posted Monday at 07:27 AM I did not think there was an automatic 5 pc discount if you had sailed before, only the 5 pc if you put down a future cruise deposit.
Isklaar Posted Monday at 09:42 AM #3 Share Posted Monday at 09:42 AM As fas as I am aware the 5% Seabourn Club discount is limited to only a few select sailings, it's not applicable to all sailings. We have never been able to take advantage of it as it's never been applicable to our chosen cruise. Alternatively, as mentioned by dalliowner there is a 5% future cruise deposit, paid onboard. Rare Vineyard View Posted Monday at 02:11 PM #4 Share Posted Monday at 02:11 PM I asked our TA about this last year as I read something about it on the website. What Isklaar said above is what I was told as well. We did purchase the future cruise deposit while on board, and were able to combine it with a sale. I believe it’s a bit confusing as well, based on website statements.
