my partner adn I have sailed on 9 carnival, 3 NCL and myself on 1 RCCL. we are planning B2B on the valor spring of 2007.

we love carnival do to the price the people the crew the ports etc.....

we also love the fact more sea days on carnival compared to other cruise lines . the sea days are great for relaxing.

we have ran into many of our former waiters bussers photographers etc on many of our cruises and they all remember us. a very welcoming bunch of people and the passengers are great to watch . niether of us drink or party but we get a blast out of watching the younger people have fun ( not that we are old, 44 and 49).

we say you cant go wrong with a carnival cruise.:) :) :)

I have a lot of catching up to do! Booked our second ever cruise for April 2007, first was in Dec 1996 on the fairly new Imagination. Great time. Spent the between years doing land travel (Canada, UK, etc) but glad to get back to cruising, we've been planning on it for 10 years, about time we got to it!!

I promise it won't be another 10 years and i'm sure it will be on Carnival :D

Kelli, me.... has been on 39 cruises, 12 with Carnival but too many of them were from when I can't prove it so I don't get credit for them.

Kevin, my DH has only been cruising a short time so he has been on 5 Carnival and 3 others.

Of course we have 3 Carnival cruises booked right now.

We just love the fun and the price!

Plus, no one from my DH's work and get a hold of him! He is all mine!

hahaha

have 6 cruises so far, 3 of which are Carnival, the 4th one is in 27 days and the 5th one is in april 2007...I'm addicted! my husband had a bad experience on RC legend of the seas...his first cruise, so I convinced him that Carnival is the best and he is willing to try one more time, to make sure of it, I did a test run on the Inspiration in sept. with out him, and will repeat it in Dec. with him. The Inspiration was very nice and worth doing twice. I will be sticking with Carnival from now on!

4 Carnival, with 5 and 6 booked! I've also done 2 on Princess.

I want to hit platinum with Carnival by 2009. It's hard to find the time to do more than 2 cruises a year. If he'd let me, I'd leave DH at home and just do the 4-day Ecstasy 3 or 4 times a year by myself to get there! :p

Guest CRUZIN' SUZIN

I have been on 5 Carnival cruises, 1 NCL, 1 RCCL and one cancelled Carnival (Hurricane Katrina). I have 2 planned with a possibility for a 3rd in 2007.

Everytime I consider trying another cruiseline, the price and atmosphere of Carnival draws me back. Also, I cruise solo so I would rather pay 150% on carnival rather than 200% on all the others.

Carnival credits me with 12. Had a couple more in Carnival's early days but they disappeared in a fru-fru fog.

The Platinum program started after my last CCL cruise so I have yet to experience that. Valor booked in 08 so I'll find out then [if not sooner].

Carnival is probably my fave, but I've totally loved every cruise and have tried almost every line. No Disney but maybe someday [kids and no casino] as they do every venue in a first class manner.

We have been on 11 Carnival Cruises (plus one on RCCL and Princess) and the reasons, in priority order, are as follows:

1. Price (Great Military Rates....no one does this better than Carnival)

2. Atmosphere and late night activities, really fun crowds, great and friendly crews.

3. Now that we are Platinum Guests...the perks are fabulous

4. Cabin sizes are more generous than other lines.

We overdid it this year (6 since past December), so we're laying low for awhile.

DH and I have been on 6 Carnival cruises. I think Carnival has good food and entertainment and nice cabins, but I personally like Princess much better. We generally cruise on Carnival when the price is too good to pass up and/or we take kids along.

I just celebrated my 80th Carnival cruise on October 9th. The Hotel Director moved my sister and I up to the :Dickenson Suite) for the sailing. It was quite a thrill for me. On November 16th I start the count down to 100.

Since you live in Tampa, I am guessing you are referring to the Owner's Suite on the Inspiration - we are looking forward to that on New Year's Day!!

Congrats on 80, hopefully you can celebrate many more birthdays while cruising!!

No I am referring to the 1275 sq foot suite Bob Dickenson uses whe he is on board. It was awsome.

I have been on 8 previous Carnival Cruises and my fiance and myself just came off the Crown Princess (thought we would try something new). Needless to say we found Princess to not have a party atmosphere or the fun in the dining room that we are so used to with Carnival. We didnt even once get a towel animal at night, hahaha, we missed those silly as it may be. Cant wait to book with Carnival again.

That is wonderful. Here's to 100+ more with smooth seas, warm days and cool drinks!!

We have gotten our sons off to a great start. Our youngest is 15 and will be headed out on his 15th cruise in December.

I like Tom N Cheryl's record pace, too!!!

This upcoming one will be my 4th Carnival cruise. I tried Celebrity but thought it was a little too stuffy for me. I would like to try RCCL....Freedom of the Seas. :)

Price, intineraries and laid back atmosphere is why I prefer Carnival.

Do you hit platinum when you've done 10 cruises?
