jamaica71594 Posted December 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2006 We are sailing on the Majesty in April for 4 nights, and I received a letter in the mail from my TA's office regarding a $25 onboard cruise credit for new bookings. Since we booked months ago, I asked her are we qualified to receive it and after asking her boss, she said yes! I know its a small amount but hey, its fine by me. We were thinking about using it for drinks, but then one of the tours we plan to take is $25 per person. How would you use it?? thanks
Ocean Boy Posted December 10, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 10, 2006 A couple of drinks and a few souveniers from the ship's Logo shop would kill $25.00 pretty quickly for me. Don't worry. You will have no trouble blowing through $25.00 without giving it any thought at all.
Las Vegas Non Rev Posted December 10, 2006 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2006 you need to call RCI and have them post it to my account # 38hasdjsagh7hd. That would be the right thing to do.:D

negc Posted December 10, 2006 #5 Share Posted December 10, 2006 You don't have to designate its use to any specific purpose. It will be applied to your final bill, so whether you charge drinks, tours, the alterntive dining room,or souvenier purchases, the $25 will come off your bill at the end of your cruise.:)

It's just what it says, a credit to your account. If you charge more than $25 during your entire cruise, the amount you will owe at the end will be reduced by the $25. If you don't charge more than $25, they will eventually send you a refund for whatever is left... well, I THINK they will... Never been in that situation myself! ;) Theron

Never been in that situation myself! ;) Theron I recently had an OBC that was more than what I charged to my Seapass. The statement I received the final morning of the cruise showed a credit balance, and my credit card was credited the amount left over.

CruiseKeeper Posted December 10, 2006 #15 Share Posted December 10, 2006 Since it is a credit on your seapass, use that same credit card to book another cruise while onboard!!!!;)
