Flightseeing Question for Ketchikan

We are looking at taking a flightseeing tour in Ketchikan in May --will be there the last week of May. We are thinking about taking the farther trip into the glaciers, but have read on CC that there is too much snow this time of the year to really see the glaciers.

 

Has anyone done this the last week of May; would you recommend just the fjords or go on into the glaciers?

Go with the vender recommendation. I flew Misty Fjords last May and most of it was snow covered with some frozen lake areas.
