We are sailing Jan20th Navigator. this is our 2nd cruise with RCI, we signed up for the crown and anchor when we booked this one. we didn't recieve any membership info from RCI. yet. I activated my status on line a few weeks back. Is there something we will recieve when we board or get to our cabin. Are there any coupons that will be beneficial to us on this cruise. or is it mostly just coupons just sent to us for ooking our next cruise? What can we expect from being a member of Crown and Anchor?

Go to the website RCI.com and open the section for Crown and Anchor Society. All benefits are explained there. I am a Platinum member and must say that RCI has the best loyalty program, there are gifts, parties, discounts, all based on your membership level (number of cruises). I feel truly appreciated when i sail with Royal Caribbean and will be doing so next on Empress 4/20/07!:D

You should receive a gold coupon book in your cabin. If not there check with your room attendant. Your status should appear on your docs and your card onboard. On line should be your number and cruise info. Call C & A for more info 1-800-526-9723

In addition to the coupon book, you should receive an invitation to a Welcome Back party for all Crown & Anchor members.

There should also be a gift left on your bed by your cabin attendant some time during your cruise.

At gold you get just about the same benefits you will get with any cruise line - coupons, welcome back party, etc. If you keep cruising with Royal Caribbean and hit platinum you will start to get some really noticeable benefits like discounts, private parties, etc. I am diamond now and it's an even bigger discount on balcony cabins and suites. And don't forget that whatever level you reach on Royal Caribbean you will get the comparable level on Celebrity.

Just want to clarify that this does apply to the Gold (first) level of C&A (and the comparable first level on Celebrity. The reciprocal benefits are for Platinum (second) level and above.

If you are PLATINUM on RCCL then you are SELECT on "X". If you are DIAMOND on RCCL then you are ELITE on "X".

RCCL is far superior to Diamond members for perks than "X" is for Elites.

We know we are Elite.

We have heard rumors that Celebrity and RCI were going to combine there cruise credits. We are sailing on AOS 3-18-07 and I called RCI to verify if this is true and they said that do not combine Celebrity & RCI cruise credits. Wish this were true as DH & I like both lines.

The benefits are not combined. If you reach 5 points on either line, you will be platinum on RCI and Select on Celebrity. But, if you have 3 points on one and 2 on the other, you won't have reciprocal benefits as they aren't combined.

I think RCI offers more benefits for previous cruisers than Celebrity does. We enjoy both lines, but for the time being we are sailing more on RCI.

We are booked on RCL on the Radience for next Feb and can't wait. THis is our first time with Royal, but we have sailed with Celebrity before. Do we get any benifits ?

Thanks for the info.

Depending on your status yes.

Select would get Platinum benefits,

Elite would get Diamond benefits.

If you are Classic with X, sorry no benefits for you.

Booked through a travel agent next cruise for the Greek Isles on the 30th June 2018. Just found out that I am a member of the Crown Anchor Society.

I have never as far as I know received any details about the society. What will I receive on our next trip?

You were able to find a 10 year old post, but, you couldn't find the answer to common question?

WELL NVMD ------ Since this thread is 10yo - but if anyone can give me 2017 answers to my question - I would be thankful :)

Barb - are the suite discounts significant? Meaning, is it $100 off or is it more like 20% or something? I am about to level up to Platinum on my next cruise, then planning to reprice my JS on Symphony next year. So was just curious what to expect. I'm sure it can vary cruise to cruise, etc.

There is no suite discount...the balcony discount applies to all categories balcony and above. It's no biggie, but, I'll take it. Note it's not always available now, depending on the other discounts you may have.

Here's the list of benefits from C&A.
