luvtwocruisenow Posted March 13, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2007 Hi there! A few days ago I printed out our confirmation invoice and after reviewing it I noticed a mistake in the spelling of the city we live in. The person that took our reservation spelled Pittsburgh w/o the letter h at the end. Should I call & ask for it to be corrected or is it a small detail that won't matter? tia
vickiw0318 Posted March 13, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 13, 2007 I don't think that matters. What matters is the names on the reservations matching the names on your identifying documents.
lvtotrvl1 Posted March 13, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 13, 2007 The city does not matter at all....
reallyitsmema Posted March 13, 2007 #4 Share Posted March 13, 2007 We just made a reservation over the weekend and had errors too. I just called back and had it corrected since it was with my street name and C&A number. The good thing, is when you call back it is a different choice on the menu, 3 I think, and it was answered immediately and a new confirmation was emailed right out. RareBird Posted March 13, 2007 #5 Share Posted March 13, 2007 mistakes are common. my TA just paid in full for our cruise, and my C&A number was wrong in our online reservation. No biggie, I changed it online through RCI's 'online check-in'.
Iamthesea Posted March 13, 2007 #6 Share Posted March 13, 2007 We live in Jonesborough. When we received our confirmation, the "UGH" was missing, then I realized that they just ran out of room in the little box. ;)
