Rare cruisemom42 Posted March 16, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2007 Thanks for posting this. I enjoyed Copenhagen so much 2 years ago before our Baltic cruise that I'm thinking about going back for a longer stay. I'll definitely make note of these places to try! Danish viking Posted March 16, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted March 16, 2007 Please come back for a longer stay, there are so much to see in Copenhagen (and the rest of Denmark) that 1 or 2 days don´t do any justice.
teets Posted March 16, 2007 #4 Share Posted March 16, 2007 Hi, This post is for Danish Viking. My husband and I have 1 day in Copenhagen on a Saturday from 8-4. We have never been to the city. Where would you suggest we tour, and would you suggest the Copenhagen card? My husband and I have no problems touring on our own, but I would like to make the most of our short time in Copenhagen. Thanks in advance for your reply. Terry
Danish viking Posted March 17, 2007 Author #5 Share Posted March 17, 2007 I will recommend the Copenhagen Card or the 24 Hour transportation ticket. The copenhagen Card cost 29 Euro and transportation and free intrance to over 60 museums and exibitions is include in the price. The 24 Hour transportation ticket cost Aprox. 14-15 Euros. Maybe the hop on bus (or whatever they are called) is a better option and if it is not the Copenhagen walks is a good option. http://www.copenhagenwalks.com/1024x768/default.htm
