critterchick Posted August 24, 2004 #3 Share Posted August 24, 2004 Some kind of martini - Grey Goose w/olives, apple, lemon drop (although the last two are more frou-frou drinks than martinis, they sure taste good). DH likes a Jack Daniels.

Shelli Posted August 24, 2004 #7 Share Posted August 24, 2004 Don't have a favorite cocktail during the day-- anything tropical suits my fancy. But my husband and I have a tradition when we cruise of having white creme de menthe on the rocks as a nightcap.

Happy ks Posted August 26, 2004 #14 Share Posted August 26, 2004 Does wine count? I love a glass of red wine, preferrably merlot, or a nice dry French Champagne (real champagne).

luci Posted August 27, 2004 Author #18 Share Posted August 27, 2004 Two Buck Chuck is Calfornia Slang for Charles Shaw Wine that sells for $1.99. It is sold at Trader Joes. Charles + $1.99 = 2 buck Chuck.:D Excellent wine for a cheap price. Make a Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a Chardonnay. Comes highly recommended. Also another "inexpensive" Calif sold wine is Foxwood, with more varieties for $1.99. Ching Ching to all!!!!:p
