Canada New England Cruise

Hi All

In answer to Mek's quwtion,,,our cruise was to be reverse, so all is on schedule so far.

Sail away was great, beautiful day....gorgeous sailaway

Service is super, food is great, Newport was gorgeous.

Yes they are showing football on muts

Can't remeber the entertaiers you were wondering about

Tendering in Newport was slowish

ALl is good...

Thanks Briarwood - I am following your cruise on the live web cams - looks like you're having beautiful weather. I can't wait to see Bar Harbor, Saint John, and Halifax. I was asking about Kimika - are they still performing on the ship?

How is the ship, the food, the casino??

 

we're on the Oct 13th as well. we have a roll call going as well as a meet & greet planned for the first sea day. check it out...

We actually did the New England cruise 2 years ago. Enjoyed the Whale watching in Bar Harbor and shopping right off the ship in Nova Scotia. Lots of hand made Fishermans knit sweaters very inexpensive. We were on the Grand Princess. Very nice as well.

I am contacting you because I need a big big favor.. I wanted to know if you would help me out. I need you to find a waiter that is in the DaVinci dining room, he is a fabulous waiter, I would recommend being seated with him, he was working in the far back on left side, his name is Leo, he is from Romania. You must ask for him!! You will not be disappointed.

And now to where I need your help. We took a pix of Leo and it did not come out well. My cruise memory album will not be complete without Leo in it. I need another pix taken of him and I would like it to be on formal night. ( if it is possible). Please explain it to him and tell him it is for the picky American girl from deck 10 - C249 that likes the cosmopolitans. He will understand and remember.

You can print this out and give to him. My cruise album will not be complete without him in it!

Hi.... Who is the Hotel Director, if you don't mind answering and what time did you leave Newport?

I just disembarked the Crown on Sept 15.

The Hotel Director was James Deering...what a great guy!

 

He found out about our M&G in Skywalker's and came into the shindig to meet us all and get our opinions and feedback!

yes, gorgeous weather, yes Kimika is still on although we havn't seen them....fabulous everything crew is great everywhere....

dining is good drinks are good best cruise we've ever been on

We just wandered around and looked at all the gorgeous buildings and all the charm and character, and shopped.....and drooled over all the expensive boats in the harbour....

How is the ship,

 

the ship is great, everything is great we are having a fabulous time

 

the food,

 

the food is good, service is great

casino is fine...I'm not a big casino fan.....but everything is great

you'll love it...have a great time...

I told you his service was excellent!. Tell Leo I am also pleased! and wish I could be there for formal night again! Thank you for doing this for me Briarwood. Oh and did you give him the Italian message I put in the original? Looking forward to hearing about your formal night. Ciao' Enjoy :o
