Time for return flight

Plan on a flight after 1 PM.

Weekends in Ft Lauderdale out really something.

When you go to fill out your immigration form on on-line and there will be another form that you will have to fill out when you get on the ship - just indicate that you have an 11 AM flight and you will be among the first off the ship. They have no way of checking the flight numbers or times - too many passengers and too many flights.

I have done 12:30 pm flight with no problem. If flying home from your cruise on a weekend, I wouldn't choose a flight before 12:30, 1 pm being better, just in case. I do, however, have an 11:30 a.m. flight home in March, but I am flying home on a Wednesday and am hoping there won't be as many people at the airport on a Wednesday, vs a weekend. If you decide on an earlier flight, just know that you MAY NOT make it, but chances are you will be ok.
