concierge question- enchantment

Recommended Posts

We are leaving Thursday for our cruise and as of now have not received an email from the concierge as I have heard sometimes happens. I would like to book a dinner at Chops. I need opinions on making this reservation. Should I make the reservation myself as soon as I board or would I be better off letting the concierge do it? Thanks for all your help!

You can make it yourself as soon as you board. If you can't get the time and day you want then you can ask the concierge to see about getting it for you.

Not all concierge's email prior to sailing. What category are you in?

Concierges dont always email you first(and if they do,it is for the GS and higher pax)....but dont worry, you can book it yourself.

BUT do it as soon as you get onboard.......they sell out and if you wait till you see Julian(the concierge) at 5pm,it may be too late.....

Go directly to the restaurant to book it......(unless they have a table set up somewhere like some ships do)
