bhughey Posted September 10, 2004 #28 Share Posted September 10, 2004 Hi Sue! Sounds like you're having a great cruise! Only 7 1/2 more months until we're on board for the crossing... can't wait! I would love it if Chops and Portofino were opened for lunch on the TA in May! I don't seem to recall them being open on the Brilliance?? I posted a message to you on our roll coll -- thanks for the suggestion on Skinny Legs in St. John-- we ate there twice! :) Have a blast and keep us posted!! rfische1 Posted September 11, 2004 #31 Share Posted September 11, 2004 I saw on the local news that you were in our port today. Sorry I didn't make it downtown to get a look at her. How was your call here in Portland?
Globaliser Posted September 12, 2004 #32 Share Posted September 12, 2004 sue.young: I heard that there was a sad accident on board during your cruise - is that true? Do you know what happened?
sue.young Posted September 13, 2004 Author #33 Share Posted September 13, 2004 Did not find Nazrul. Cabib 7176 looks very nice. Sorry Idid not meet the international ambassador, but she was leaving after Boston according to th C and A ambassador. The ship is truley beautiful, a little more African/Safari themed than the Seranede. Solarium pool was still salt water and heated, like a wave pool on sea days, great fun. Disembarkation was a snap, off the ship and at the airport in less tan 30 min from the time they called out tags. Some baggaege ebded up in the harbor (forklift problems). Not a good wat to ens the cruise. There is the Pit Stop sports bar on the ship.
