when do you get these coupon booklets i keep hearing about. do they come with your documents if you are a past guest and have registered as a C & A member?

The coupon books for C&A members will be in your room when you board or will be delivered by your room steward shortly thereafter. Value of coupons increases as your C&A status improves.:)

In comparison to other cruise companies, RCCL has the best coupons in their booklets. I think they really take care of their repeat customers.

Things like buy one drink, get one free. 10% of a spa treatment. Free bonus bingo card with purchase of bingo pack. $5 match play at casino.

That's debatable, if you can purchase it for $10 or less with shipping and use the 10% off at spa, that can pay for entire packet and anything else you use is gravy.

Other than a Johnny Rockets coupon, what other worthy coupons are in the booklet?

 

There is a coupon for a free three dollar pull on a slot machine. You take the coupon to the casino cashier and he/she will give you three dollars. Then it's up to you whether you want to invest it in the slots or not. My wife and I stretched our six dollars out for about 15 minutes on the slots.

The last 2 cruises I was on, my booklets weren't delivered to my cabin... I had to go to the C and A desk to get them. We weren't the only ones with that complaint, there was a guy there who was a diamond plus who didn't even get his...

I guess they leave it up to the cabin stewards, but they should really be better about stressing the importance of giving them out. They are really good coupons!

 

Also, I was surprised on my 2nd RCL cruise to find out that they give gifts too! We each got tote bags - I have yet to get one from any other cruiseline.

Usually in your oom the first night. If night, go to customer service.. They have extras at times..
