sisocialworker, I have a problem signing a contract with this little gem in it, namely the infamous clause #3.

 

Cruise Contract Clause #3 – No undertaking or warranty shall be given or shall be implied as to the seaworthiness, fitness or condition of the Vessel or any food or drink supplied on board.

 

You happy about signing this? Not that we have a choice :)
