Frankfurt Airport - 7hr layover

We will be going thru the Frankfurt Airport this Sept and have a 7 hour layover. We do not want to leave but need to know if there is anything to do besides eat and read.

Do any othe the airport lounges have passes for a fee? Also do any of the airport hotels have passes for their fitness centers.

There are several Europe City Club lounges you can get into on a paid day pass. Beyond that, I know nothing. :)

The Sheraton at the airport has day rates. Also, their lobby is a comfortable place to kill some time.

I haven't been there yet but am looking forward to our almost 7 hour layover there on the way to Barcelona this fall. I met someone on a previous cruise this year who loves to stop there just to wander through the Grocery Store in the airport-Can you believe that there is a SUPER market in the basement of Terminal 1, Area C, Level 1. Lots of other places to shop, too. Google Frankfurt Germany Airport for the website and check out all the other variety of shops there.
