Concierge Update

Thanks DMH - we've been together for close to 9 years (and have know each other for over 20) and this will be the first vacation we've taken ALONE! We're excited!

But if you go through the "mock" booking the cabin amenities comes up with Concierge - the butler isn't mentioned at all other than for the Owners Suite

Yes ... I'm agreeing with you. There is confusing information out there.

 

IMHO ...

We've only had Cons twice ... Alex and Karan ... they both could not have done more for us ... just excellent in every respect. :D We found them to be extremely professional, talented, and friendly. We've recently been in email contact with both of them and they continue to be cordial and helpful ... even tho' we are not sailing with them in the near future. (only wish we could! :o )

Belkys is currently the concierge on the Sun (she was awesome for us, by the way). Our butler was Armando, who has been with NCL for quite some time, and he was also awesome. He should be with the Sun for a couple more months.
