Are there any good River Cruise companies run by Dutch Officers/crews?

I can´t recommend any because I don´t have any experiences with them but here is a list of some Dutch river cruise companies:

You might find Dutch crew on much more river cruise ships.

Uniworld's River Duchess has a Dutch Captain.

I think the riverlines Steamboats mentioned are not only staffed by dutch but probably also the passengers will be almoist 100% dutch.

Some lines also charter their ships to USA and or English touroperators, maybe you can have a look around there too.

 

In The Netherlands those rivercruises mentioned are often done by the rather or very old people. Not the same crowd you have experienced on HAL cruises.
