The favorite question that I overheard:

After reading CC posts and reviews for many years, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING surprises me anymore. Sometimes I swear that some requests and complaints are the highlight of my day when it comes to entertainment. I think reading CC usually gives me the biggest laugh at times.

I think I remember a Carnival thread about the stupidest complaints that were overheard. I think my favorite was that "the ice cream was too cold".

On one of our past cruises in the caribbean, on a particularly hot day, I jokingly asked one of the offcers why we could not have air conditioning around the (outside) pool.

 

He took me seriously (I think) and spent about 15 minutes explaining to me the technical reasons why it would not work.

 

Maybe he was kidding too and the joke was on me - lol

My all time favourite was at the photoshop on The Crown Princess when the lady in front of me asked the guy on the service desk .......

 

"How will I know which one of these photographs is mine?"

 

The poor guy on the desk was left speechless. :eek:

Yes, the stories tend to be true, and the nut cases can be pretty entertaining! :eek:

I remember on one of our cruises a man had taken his g/f on a cruise in a suite. Well, mid-week they have a big fight and broke up. The ship arranged for the man to have another cabin and the lady stayed in the suite. :eek:

 

Why is it always that the guy has to get sent out of the suite or sleep on the couch? I thought we were all "equal", lol...

What a species we are! I love all these, but I really think my favorite was the lady who thought the restroom door was an elevator. I'm sure she's an interesting person. :D
