atdahop Posted November 13, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Is there alternate dining on the Navigator? If so how does it work? Is it similar to Anytime dining on Princessw? Where would the dining room be? Thanks, Carole
cb at sea Posted November 13, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 13, 2008 I don't know if the My Time Dining is available on Navig., but if it is, it's in the same dining room as everyone else uses for the traditional---they will simply have an "area" set aside for those who choose MTD. There are several threads on here that list which ships are doing the MTD. There is also the buffet, and a specialty restaurant that you can choose. Merion_Mom Posted November 13, 2008 #4 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Is there alternate dining on the Navigator? If so how does it work? Is it similar to Anytime dining on Princessw? Where would the dining room be? Thanks, Carole In the main dining room, there are two seatings, main and second, in a traditional cruiseship manner. There are two specialty restaurants on board, Portofino, which features Italian and continental cuisine, and Chops, which is a steakhouse. There is also a buffet, the Windjammer. On the Royal Promenade, there is Café Promenade, which has small sandwiches and such. Room Service is 24 hours a day. You won't go hungry. :)
