Cabin Grades

hi there,

Booked suite 6050 on the Quest for October. There is alot of mention of deck 7, but not much about deck 6. Anybody know about any problems with that deck? No obstructions for balcony rooms. I believe we are midship.

We were on Deck 6 a couple of weeks ago on the Quest. We enjoyed that Deck, it is handy to everything. We were forward in 6024 so you will be nearer the aft end of the ship. In the middle are the cabins with the obstructed views (lifeboats).

We normally book Deck 7 or 8 but we cancelled our cabin on Deck 7 and took a Guarantee Verandah when the prices started decreasing and we weren't sorry with the change in decks or the situation of the cabin.

I keep seeing references to Decks 6, 7 & 8. We are booked for Deck 4 on the Journey. Is this a good thing? or bad?

Deck 4 is the best place to be if you hit bumpy water :D

Deck 4 cabins are the same size as most of the deck 6 & 7 ones just minus the balcony

Enjoy

Ditto about Deck 4!!

We were in 4050, which was 4 or 5 doors down the Guest Relation desk - VERY central to everything! It was VERY quiet - we never heard a peep from outside or from our neighboring cabins. And it was VERY stable as well - we barely felt the movement of the ship inside our cabin.

Unless I really wanted a balcony (depending on itinerary) I would definitely try to stay there again!!
