I wouldn't switch because of the pole. The location was great, the room huge/spacious, very quiet, big balcony, etc. The pole never bothered us in the least. I would chose this room, even with the pole, versus the other SS without poles.

I don't know if you remember me, but I am Mardi from Oregon and we met on the last TA.

 

We are going on a TA in November on the Solstice and we would like to have an aft sky suite. Do you know if any have the pole in the room and if one room is better than the other?:)
