Bran8778 Posted December 9, 2008 #7 Share Posted December 9, 2008 We love to watch CSI, and always hope to see a ship. In one episode the crime happened near the ships, it was awesome :) We watched a movie called Christmas In Paradise yesterday, and the two family's just got off a cruise ship and spent the rest of the movie in Puerto Rico :) It wasn't Carnival, but it was still exciting :D

CSI Miami, has great Miami footage and while they shoot in Manhattan Beach, CA they do shoot on location sometimes which makes the series.

Ship Addict Posted December 9, 2008 #11 Share Posted December 9, 2008 Cruisers will even put up with Horatio just to get a glimpse of a cruise ship!! I love the show, but man, Horatio is hard to take. I can't watch it very often because of him. I just have to scream after every one of his stupid little one-liners! (Hey, maybe that could be a new college drinking game -- every time Horatio turns sideways, removes his sunglasses, or utters one of his zippy little lines, everyone has to drink!) float'n fanatics Posted December 9, 2008 #13 Share Posted December 9, 2008 And to make fun of Horatio Caine. I'm glad to see we're not the only ones. Why is he always standing in the middle of the hallway? orrr... he always stands sideways when he talks to people.... or turns his head away from them when he talks. I've never seen such horrible acting as I do with him. lol If the show weren't based in Florida, I wouldn't watch. lol In fact, we stopped for a while. However, now, we just rip him apart every time we watch. :D
Mitchie4 Posted December 9, 2008 #14 Share Posted December 9, 2008 Ok, this is just tooo funny. My oldest son & I love all of the CSI's. We make silly bets every week on how long into the show it will be before Horatio puts on his sunglasses, turns sideways, cocks his head and says something redundant...... We also make bets on how early in the show someone will break out the pen flashlight and dusting brush. LOL, I thought we were the only ones!!:)
cruizinonup Posted December 9, 2008 #15 Share Posted December 9, 2008 The only other person I can think of with such ridiculous moves and faces is John Black on Days of Our Lives. He is pretty hard to watch too.

babyher Posted December 9, 2008 #17 Share Posted December 9, 2008 How can you people watch that stuff. When it is obvious that Chief Homicide Detective Brenda Lee Johnson (THE CLOSER) is the master crime solver of all time. Well after Columbo :)
jonathansburden Posted December 9, 2008 #18 Share Posted December 9, 2008 I saw that too, DH loves that show (or some odd reason) and he kept rewinding it and playing it back. I saw one on Dexter a few days ago, too (I'm watching the dvds so it was season 2 not 3)!

Heidi n Lauren Posted December 9, 2008 #22 Share Posted December 9, 2008 You know what I always wonder about those shows? Why do they always walk around in the dark with flashlights on when they could just turn on the lights?

"Horatio Cane" = David Caruso, had a great role that his terrible acting ruined on NYPD Blue, then left for a big-time movie career that flopped...now he's on this show and he still has no talent... I thought he was great on NYPD Blue.....he just got too cocky and thought he could make it in the big time.........bad decision....... CSI Miami ain't doing too bad in the ratings though........
