Perhaps too many people were trying to access their site at one time? It's possible it just got overloaded, or they had a problem with their booking engine. Are these people you're referring trying to book a cruise for themselves? A TA (either land or on-line) could probably get the job done for them if they're in a rush... When I type in their name, addr, etc and hit "submit information" I get a "technical difficulties" error message.
