Diamond balcony credit?

As Platinum we get $100 off the rate per balcony cabin for 7-9 day cruises and $200 off for longer cruises. What is the amount Diamond cruisers get, please?

Diamond is $200 per cabin on 7 day.

 

I have not checked in longer trips, but it sounds like it is double what Platinum gets.

Hello...My wife and I just became Diamond members. I am not sure on the discount per room for 7-9 days, but we just booked a 12-day cruise to Europe next October and they gave us a credit of $150 per person or $300 off total on our cabin.

Do you have to book through RCI to get the discount and what if you become Diamond/Platinum after you book? (We booked a cruise for next December, but may take a shorter one before that.)

I get my Platinum credit when I book thru' my TA. So, no, you don't have to book direct. Thanks to all for the answers. Hoping to become Diamond by Sept. 2005, and then get the higher credits for a Dec. b2b on Radiance!

I was told by the man on the Explorer when I booked a cruise for October '05 that if we book a cruise before that one and get platinum status before final payment on the October cruise, we can let RCI know and they will apply the $100 balcony credit for the already booked cruise. But he did reiterate that it must be BEFORE final payment for the October cruise.

 

And that will be the case as we booked elsewhere for a cruise in May that was sold out at RCI directly. So when platinum status kicks in, we just let them know and the discount will be applied.

Thanks. This was great info. I am planning for us to book on the cruise that makes us platinum. So I will make sure I don't give the final payment then. ;)
