Is it just me or is there anyone else who can't bring up the new deck plans on the Princess website??????

 

Just checked. Had no problems checking the deck plans....

We can't get the interface to load on our computer but tried my daughter's laptop and it was fine. So I have no idea what the deal is.

I have aol and can't get interface to load on Princess website either. I just go to travelocity and use their's.

Try this link.... it's for Firefox, but there are instructions on the site on what to do if you're using a different browser....

I successfully upgraded adobe flash (well,that's what it said :D )..unfortunately I still can't get past "loading interface" when I try to get deck plans on Princess site .

No big deal, since the deckplans are available elsewhere online. Appreciate your help.

Hmmmm... sometimes a reboot helps. And possibly clearing your browser's cache.

It MAY be too many users trying at once?

I'm thinking this because it did come up one time without me changing any settings, upgrading my Flash plug in, or clearing the cache (good ideas for some though).

I'm going to try later at night to see what happens.

OK, I just went to the plans, and without changing anything on my end, the page is working again.

I think it is a matter of how many people are trying to be "served" those files from the server at any one time, that is causing the failures.

(Lack of proper Flash plug-in would also be a problem though).

Keep trying until it works, lol!
