tomko2 Posted February 20, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2009 Whats your favorite cruise ship? Which ones have the best entertainment, food, activities, & service? Pictures would be awesome! Thanks! For us, our favourite ship is the Brilliance of the Seas followed closely by the Independence of the Seas and Navigator of the Seas. The key thing is to pick a cruise which takes you where you want to go and then to determine what time of year, length of cruise and price. Lots of photos from our cruises in the link below. We are too old for the Rock Climbing Wall and the Flowrider but we do enjoy watching others have fun on these. Kathy

Andee Posted February 20, 2009 #7 Share Posted February 20, 2009 Our favorites are the Oceania ships: Insignia, Nautica, Regatta. They just suit us very well--the size, the staff, the passengers, the food, the port intensive itineraries, the TO reps on at each port. We don't care for the big shows on the larger ships we've been on, so it doesn't matter to us that Oceania doesn't have that type of entertainment. G'ma Posted February 20, 2009 #9 Share Posted February 20, 2009 My favorite is the one I'm on.....or the next one reserved...... Beyond that, I don't care.
travellovers2 Posted February 20, 2009 #10 Share Posted February 20, 2009 My favorite was Navigator of the Seas. Wonderful ship! We went on Independence of the Seas last time and we were not as impressed anymore since we have been on the Navigator. :D But... my favorite cruise ship is the steady ones... yeah, no rocking and rolling please!. :D
Caribbean Sunsets Posted February 21, 2009 #11 Share Posted February 21, 2009 Toss up between the Ruby Princess and Crown Princess. Both are sister ships. I've had excellent service on both.
kitty9 Posted February 21, 2009 #12 Share Posted February 21, 2009 Crystal Symphony, Crystal Serenity, Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Summit. Cannot stand those huge behemoths they're building now. Just returned home from Navigator of the Seas, our 15th cruise on RCCI, and it was way too crowded and the food was very disappointing. I'll take ships with less than 2000 passengers any day.
grandmato4 Posted February 22, 2009 #13 Share Posted February 22, 2009 The Coral Princess is our favorite. Perfect size. Great crew, great food, good entertainment. Couldn't ask for more from any ship!!!:)
jenphan Posted February 23, 2009 #14 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I'd say Princess ... I enjoyed the entertainment and food on Dawn better than Ruby. But the cabin in Ruby is bigger and the public rooms are beautiful.
cruiserbryce Posted February 23, 2009 #15 Share Posted February 23, 2009 so far Liberty of the Seas...we were on the inagural. There was so much to do and see, the ship was unique, food was good and the staff/entertainment was amazing
RUBBER DUCK Posted February 23, 2009 #16 Share Posted February 23, 2009 Disney. cleanliness, friendliness, and style. Might not be top of any lists for service or food quality, but it's tough not to have a good time when Goofy walks past you with his own kid (Max) in tow.
