city tour of Fairbanks

We are taking the land tour KB6 Explorer:Copper River. The first day in Fairbanks, we go on the sternwheeler and to the gold mine. Is there a city tour of Fairbanks included in there as well? We arrive in the late afternoon the day before. Are their city tours we can sign up for leaving in the evening? We are going the end of May, so it will be light at night. Does Fairbanks have a hoho?:)

However, a "city tour" in Fairbanks, isn't the best way to see it. I would think it FAR better to head to attractions of interest rather than being put on and off a bus, using up significant time. Better would be to go direct, but impossible to likely be able to do without a rental car.
