Beachbound2006 Posted April 29, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2009 We will be on FOS in August, now looking to book BOS for Sept 2010. Right now there are hump cabins available for BOS and wasn't sure if it was worth grabbing those now or waiting to book on-board to get some sort of credit. What will we get if we wait and book on-board, is it an OBC or should I just book the hump and be done? Also what if you book on-board and there is a price drop do they honor that? Thanks

If you are Gold and don't own stock, booking on board is a great way to get OBC. If it is very important to you to get a specific cabin, book now while it is available. Whichever you decide to do, you will absolutely be eligible for any price drops.
elleluv Posted April 29, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 29, 2009 The other thing to take into consideration is that there could possibly be a price increase between now and August... you just never know...
Rare silentbob007 Posted April 29, 2009 #4 Share Posted April 29, 2009 It depends on how much you want that specific cabin. Would you rather have OBC or the hump?
Bobal Posted April 29, 2009 #5 Share Posted April 29, 2009 If I book a 2 cabins for a future sailing whilst onboard, one for me and one for another family (who are not onboard) will they also get the onboard credit

yogimax Posted April 29, 2009 #7 Share Posted April 29, 2009 Do you own RC stock? Just remember that the stock credit is not guaranteed. It could easily go poof.
ByeBye1 Posted April 29, 2009 #8 Share Posted April 29, 2009 Whichever you decide to do, you will absolutely be eligible for any price drops. Not entirely true RCL has many fares that are for new bookings only and Tuesday specials that won't allow you to take advantage of future sales reductions. compman9 Posted April 30, 2009 #9 Share Posted April 30, 2009 it very much depends on how much price is important to you. There are always good deals to be had when not on board
