Caribbean in November - Eastern or Western?

We always seem to do our Caribbean cruises in the summer months and have never been in November. We are looking at going over Thanksgiving and wanted to see if any of you who have cruised during this time could provide your thoughts on whether we should look at Eastern or Western for the best, warmest beach weather. We prefer Eastern ports but I wasnt sure if the weather would be different (warmer) based on the direction we went. Any recommendations?

I've done both Eastern & Western Caribbean during the 1st & 2nd week of November before and the temperatures were about the same. 85F to 90F with the Caribbean water being nice and relaxing to swim in.

I did both east and west in October and the weather was about the same but the seas are rougher on the western side. The spouse was a bit bothered by it but not enough to ruin the cruise.

I've done both in Nov and the seas are what they are. The temps are comparable and the seas are dependent on the weather, not which itinerary.

We love that time of year! We are sailing 2 cruises Nov 30-Dec 10 on MSC Poesia (LOVE this cruise line....), and then JOS on Dec 11-21.( will be our 9th on RCI, 14 cruise counting all of them)

We did a Western cruise several years ago in early December - temperatures were 80-90. Was very windy on the ship during the day (and night) - weather was fine except for the wind so not sure if it just gets windier in Nov/Dec. Trying an October Western cruise this year - looking forward to seeing if the weather holds up....................

We have done late Oct and thought it was very good too. I think early can be iffy with Hurricane season, although the ports may change due to weather conditions I do not think you would ever be in danger. I prefer late Nov-Dec time frame.

We've been on several cruises with both itineraries in Nov- early Dec and the weather is wonderful! However Cocoa Cay can be a little cool later in the season, but once you get into the tropics the weather is nice!
