I was watching the A league semi final but keeping an eye on the scores, it was a tense 2nd half and especially the last quarter as Geelong came home strong.

Thanks Leigh, Good win and keeps the Swans in first place all by themselves on 32 points as Geelong lost to Port Adelaide last night in the early game.

1st half, Sydney Swans 9.0 (54) to Fremantle Dockers 1.8 (14).

1st quarter, Sydney Swans 3.0 (18) to Fremantle Dockers 1.5 (11).

They have outdoor tables but it would be weather dependant, I have no idea how busy the place gets on a Friday night, but Saturday lunchtimes are not that busy

If making a booking for that many people, most places will want a deposit and it would be non refundable. Perhaps a public bar with a less formal atmosphere may be better. The ship in at CQ may fit the bill.

Dockers host the Swans tonight, a late game for us as it is a 3hr time difference. Will post scores if I get around to it, otherwise tomorrow.

It is all done through an app, so if you have internet, then it should work.

I agree, it may only be 1 or 1.25% for most credit cards or 3% for Amex, but it is an annoyance. It is a merchant fee just like company tax and such,it should be built in. Originally started in businesses where cash was king and credit cards were not. Now nearly every business does it, even when cash was never really used and actually discouraged.

That would be a shame if it is taken off every itinerary.
