Sangria

Does anyone know if they have Sangria on the Regal. I had delicious sangria at a different places recently. What would be nicer than sitting around the pool sipping sangria?:D

I think Bellini's makes sangria, two types. What they call traditional and my favorite and they also make a summer sangria with white wine. I wish I had their recipe for the traditional sangria, I know it is the house Merlot and blackberry brandy and soda water but there is more. Anyway, I don't know if you can get it out on deck. I get it in Alfredo's to go with our lunch. We get the carafe and wind up taking some back to the cabin.

You can get Sangria at several bars on Regal. It's quite good.

I didn't realize they had it and most places make a terrible one. Hopefully it falls under the AIBP, but if it's more I'm willing to try it once :)

How about a glass of wine not watered down with reconstituted fruit "juice"? Or a cocktail made with real alcohol?

Yes, they have it at Alfredo's. It was awful IMO.

I haven't been on the Regal, but the sangria on the Pacific Princess this spring was very poor, and as we stopped in Spain, it badly suffered by comparison to that offered at places by the beach in, say, Cartagena.

I have to agree with you. Had it last week on the Royal, and when I ordered it thought "You can't go wrong with Sangria." I was wrong.

The sangria at alfredos was disguising. I had 2 sips of it and got my money back. I had the white summer and all I tasted was a cheap chardonnay.

I don't drink Sangria but enjoy. :)
