Pack and play....

These offers are available but the sailings are very limited. The itinerary I want is not one of the offers. However, the same cruise I took in November is available so I may be doing that one again!

could you let us know what sailings are on this offer? thanks

also, i have not booked a pack and play before even though i had the offers.. if you book one solo, can you add someone else later without a price hike?

I have yet to receive a Pack and Play offer. I get the Premier all the time now (and 3 of the past 4 cruises I did within a 1-year span were all Premier), but no Pack and Play.

Can anyone tell me the criteria? I know, it's probably Top Secret and no one really knows. I've never gotten a bounce-back offer, either, so I apparently am just not throwing around enough cash in the casino. Luckily (pun intended), I returned home with more cash than I started on 2 of the 3, so I can't complain. Well, about that, at least! ;)

Are these offers like the Premier in the respect that there are a handful of cruises within the next few months or are they spread out more? I'm on the Vista Inaugural and have nothing booked after that, so I'm looking for something for this fall.

I don't really know the criteria either, but here's my experience with it. I cruises many times over the years, spent a lot of time and money playing table games, but not with consistently high bets. No offers, no nothing. Then, on Magic, I found a slot that did blackjack and played that quite a bit. It was a pretty lucrative machine, that time, but the next time I was on Magic, not so much. Anyhow, I racked up enough points that cruise to get offers from the casino, and now always have some. I just play slots til my points are up where they need to be for the drinks card and that seems to do it. A casino host once told me that they tally up the ratings the night before the last night, so do it before then.

My strategy is to put in a little at a time til I find a good one that's paying out. So far, this has gotten me cruises without having to spend more than they would have cost in the casino. One more thing, I never got a bounce back offer until this last time. Someone told me you only get them if you don't already have a cruise booked, so I purposely didn't book any before I left, and voila, offer came. And that's all I "know" about it.

I just checked my offers - no Pack n Play (yet) - just the Premier offer. I'm booked on the Breeze for March which was with the Pack N Play and my cruise on the Glory in November was also with the same PNP offer- I sure hope that doesn't keep me from getting this newest one. Hopefully it will show up in the next couple of days.

I got a bounce back offer a couple weeks ago and booked Alaska with that. The available sail dates and ships changed after the original ones that showed online, so be sure and recheck each day for changes. I'm convinced based on my personal experiences I never get pack and play or bounce back if I already have a cruise booked when they send those out. I do get premier and ultra though.

I totally agree. I just booked a pack and play a few mins ago for 4/16!!! I will have to wait till we get back from it to book our Fall cruise cause I know pack and plays won't be offered again till we get back [emoji31]

Good strategy. Hope you enjoy your pack and play cruise! I'm waiting until after my Alaska bounce back cruise before I consider another booking. I will probably wait and see if I get another Ultra cruise offer before booking again.

I was able to book one for May 29th on the Dream. They are being very stingy this go round, not many dates during the summer and way more expensive than before but still a huge deal. A balcony this time cost almost $400 per person while last time it was $150 I still booked as it is a great deal for a summer cruise. I am most excited that this is the last Caribbean itinerary we have yet to do with Jamaica, Cayman Islands and Cozumel. 2 of those ports will be brand new for us. After this we will have seen all the Caribbean has to offer unless we want to go Southern, which we do!!

I agree! I booked today for 4/16 but I did interior this time cause the ocean view and balcony were more than we wanted to pay although it was still cheaper than a regular booking. I booked my husband and I for $475 total for 8 days so that is still a bargain!!

My current offer from the casino is not a pack and play, but the rates are better than what you are showing...Usually pack and play are 50 or 100pp... but you definetly did get a bargain!

when did your pack and play offers pop up? Just checked... nothing for me yet.. i am going to be really disappointed if i am not on that list... my play was rated, and i should qualify...

Your play has nothing to do with receiving pack and play offers. It's basically the luck of the draw. Doesn't matter if you have 2000 points or 20,000 points.

In my experience, if you have a cruise already booked, you don't get the Pnp offers.

hmmmm....i was told by the casino it was based on play... if not, what names do they draw from? It seems that most who post here, usually get them each time...

Well, I've also been told here that I don't get the bounceback because I always have at least one cruise already booked.

If that's the case with the bounceback and/or the pack-and-play, that just ticks me off. It should have nothing to do with anything.

I rarely get the DOU card. I just don't play that much. Well, and like I said, 3 of the 4 past cruises were Premier so I already had a card.

We'll see what happens on Vista. It's 13 nights, but I don't know how much time I'll be spending in the casino. Only 3 sea days, and we'll be out in the ports for full-day excursions every day. Won't have much time or energy to play in the casino.

I used to only play slots, but started playing Roulette on my first Premier and pretty much that's all I do now. I'll play a couple of hours a night, but often that's with $100 starting. If I lose it all, I usually walk away. Sometimes I'll put down another $100. But often, I can play for hours and walk away with chips. Cash them in and start again the next night.

I'm not a big better. I don't cover a dozen #s with multiple chips (or $5 or $25 chips). I play splits and corners, usually. Yes, the payout is lower but the odds are better. Hey, I'm an accountant, so I'm fiscally-conservative by nature. ;)

I called the Player's Club yesterday to inquire about a Premier Cruise I had been offered. While I had her on the phone, I asked about Pack N Play, and told her I had heard a new batch was released while reading Cruise Critic. She told me the offers were totally at random. It has nothing to do with your play/win/loses, etc. BTW - I did not get a pack n play offer.

I just find this very hard to believe because we always get the Pack and Play offers. Out of however many times they came out over the past year, we have had one every time. Our luck isn't that good. I wonder if it is because we always book one and always lose plenty in the casino. I am convinced there has to be some way they pick some people over others.
