Sip and Sail question

I thought Sip&Sail was good for all 2017 cruises but NOW I see it's only for summer 2017 forward.

 

Had in mind to book cruise for beginning of January, but now it looks like it doesn't cover the winter/spring months (Jan, Feb, Mar, April)....Guess we will be using Celebrity or HAL, both of which also have beverage pkgs.

 

Do any of you know if Princess has already changed the rules & the dates the Bev Pkg is applied to???

The SipNSail FAQ states "All 6-49 day Voyages and Land & Sea Vacations sailing from Summer 2017 – Spring 2018". There was no changing of "rules" or "dates". The voyages you speak of, January-April 2017 have been available since May of 2015, and would have fallen under the SipNSail promotion offered in 2015.

Actually our Feb & Mar 2017 cruises were first booked in the summer of 2015 under the "three for free" promo. Then in Dec. 2015 we had them changed to the "twice as nice" promo. At least for our cruises a "sip & sail" was never offered.

Why would they change their rules and dates? Just for you? No, they won't change either the rules or dates. Why in the world would they?

As stated above, the dates weren't changed. I too would love to book a January 2017 cruise under this promo but it simply isn't offered. Such is life.

Also the AIBP promo is offered in limited quantities on each cruise so it can sell out.

You might check your particular cruise on the website. I had my BI cruise booked months ago for May 1, 2017 which to me is spring. A few weeks ago I looked at it online and it was advertising the sip&sail. I called my TA and now have it on our cruise personlizer. I'm still amazed
