When should these become available to make online? Currently showing as unavailable.

Cruise is in July 2016. (Rhapsody)

There is no set time, just keep checking in your cruise planner.

I believe it is 90 days prior to your departure.

It all over the board. For example on my cruises on the Oasis in May they opened a few weeks ago. Just keep checking once or twice a week.

If you can't do it in advance, you should have no problem once you board the ship!
