I have roughly 24 hours to get packed before I have to be at the airport on Saturday. At least I've been to the bank, all the laundry is done, I don't have to do anymore cooking. My suitcase is on the guest bed with at least some of the essentials in it.

 

I think this was actually easier before I retired. Back then I tried to have everything ready to go the weekend before, because it was always so crazy at work that last week.

 

Now, I pull a Gone with the Wind and just say "Oh fiddle de de" I'll take care of that tomorrow........:p

Oh, I'm sure I will love it! And cruise ship is better than my open concept "cubicle" at work. [emoji1]

True! Oh, and FWIW when we toured the Bacardi Distillery we tried some of the rum that was aged 8 years and wanted to buy a bottle. It was priced at $23.50 in the San Juan airport but we didn't have room to carry it. We stopped by the liquor store on the interstate in NH and it was $24.99.
