Hi, we liked Liberty. We stayed in a spacious OV balcony on deck 9. I believe it was also a 9 day cruise (Bermuda, Labadee, and 2 ports in DR). We are not huge fans of the shows on most ships, but really enjoyed Saturday Night Fever.

We always do MTD and never make reservations. We prefer the flexibility. We know we may have a wait, depending on what time we arrive. Majority of waits have been less than 15 minutes.

So if we have already paid in full and do the least expensive hot glass choice, you believe they will give us OBC? It's not much money, just sounds unusual (?)

I had the same experience. Got the 5% (published discount for everyone) but could not get an additional 5% when calling and requesting based on alleged 😉 captain's club discount.

@Jimbo We are doing a back to back this summer in Europe similar to what you had planned. We will spend a few days in London pre-cruise. We have already done multiple trips to Europe right after we were married (40 years ago 😉). People told us to travel before we had kids and we took their advice. Those were trips we did on our own and went all over by car or train. My husband also returned to England & France with my older son and also visited Japan when same son was studying abroad. We have long since become huge cruising fans and are fine with the combination of relaxing sea days and intense port days. We are doing a Norway cruise followed by a cruise to Spain/Italy/Portugal/France. We know it will be hot weather but we are ok with that. I hope you have a great time whatever you decide. @bobmacliberty mentioned Tauck tours .... those were very popular with my husband's family.

We went to the New York Islanders playoff game a couple nights ago that they lost. We enjoyed it despite the loss. Playoff games have such a great atmosphere. My husband grew up on Long Island. I grew up in Queens. We now live in New Jersey. I am a bit more of a New York Rangers fan because one of our sons went to Boston College as did one of the Rangers' stars.... Chris Kreider. But I will root for any of the local hockey teams. Our seats (purchased on StubHub) were much higher up (ha) than @A&L_Ont's, however they were centrally located and UBS Arena offers great views.

Our experience with Aurea was on Meraviglia, but we always just showed up when we were ready. Never had a problem getting a table for 2 and it was always in a lovely location and not on top of any other table. If you are not satisfied with your table, just ask for a different one. Enjoy your cruise!

We had this exact situation on another cruise (only one slot available in advance of cruise but two people). We did take the slot and hoped for the best, but they were never able to accommodate the second person. I hope you have better results! Enjoy your cruise.

I never had to reset the password. It just started working again. Both Celebrity and RC apps.

So in our case we are staying at a hotel right near Waterloo station. And if I understand correctly we simply buy a ticket at the National Rail ticket office to get to Southampton (we will be getting on a cruise). This is a Friday in July. We understand we will pay more if we do not purchase in advance. Please confirm. Thank you.

@AMommyof2 we enjoyed both CP and BW balconies, CP a bit more. We are pretty happy as long as we have cabins both above and below us, deck-wise. Enjoy your cruise.

I received a survey from Royal about CoCo Cay. Anyone else? Focus was Thrill Waterpark, if you went or not, why, would you go and hang out at pool areas while kids were on slides (only), etc. Also some questions about various types of food and if you would want for lunch, snack or not at all. I found it interesting as we have been to CoCo Cay multiple times. My husband and I just do the beach, typically South Beach. The one time we were there with our son and 3 of his little (6 and under kids) we did not go to Thrill Waterpark. We have not been there since they added Hideaway, but the survey had nothing about that or anything else for that matter.
