I'm going to visit my mum this afternoon.🙂 I like the quote. I think I'll like the meal, looking forward to the recipe. The drink sounds good. The wine sounds interesting, I wonder if I can find it here? I'll look. We got a bit of rain overnight, and more coming today. We really need it. @StLouisCruisersSadie is so cute! On hot days, I take Bertie for a walk early in the morning before the pavement gets too hot. I wish he would wear boots in the winter to protect his feet from ice and the salt, but I couldn't get him to wear them. I think that is something that must be taught to a puppy not an adult dog. It would probably be good to protect the tender feet in the hot summer too.

Good morning. Happy Saturday! Thanks for the Fleet and Daily Report. I don't know any cowboys. I love vanilla ice cream, especially with chocolate sauce.😁 Drowning prevention is important, every day. Interesting quote. I'm interested in the meal suggestion, sounds good. I'm sure the drink would be wonderful on a hot day like today. Hope the wine is good too. We've never been to today's port, thanks in advance for pictures. Bertie and I had a nice walk this morning. We saw a family of Canada geese and a blue heron at the pond. We had a severe thunderstorm watch and then a tornado watch issued by Environment Canada yesterday afternoon. It was cloudy most of the day, then the wind picked up and the rain came down in buckets with thunder and lightning for good measure. Fortunately, no tornado but lots of much needed rain. It's still cloudy and breezy this morning but it should clear up and be sunny this afternoon. But it's still hot and humid, not sure when that will change. Prayers for everyone. Stay safe.

Good morning. Thank you for the Fleet Report and Daily. Another hot day and a chance of severe thunderstorms later today. I don't want the thunder and lightning, but we need the rain. Good morning, thanks for the Fleet Report and Daily. It's a hot day here, with humidex it will feel like 38C (100F). We're not used to it. Today will be a "go slow" day, too hot to do anything quickly. It's always good to make new friends. Raspberry cake sounds delish. I've never played Words with Friends.
