  16. The pricing on cabins has been like that for almost 10 years when RCI started it continual "sale" regime. RCI simply makes up some number as the "MSRP" of the cabin and then discounts it as a marketing ploy - nothing new.
  17. No, that is lost if you do nothing, but you can cash that out via the slot machine in the casino.
  18. Technically, yes, if your device supports it, but policy wise you are not supposed to.
  19. Most reporting suggests that a passport is only needed if you want to go ashore in Martinique and that RC will let you board in Baltimore without one.
