  1. The option is at the bottom of the screen.
  2. The texting feature within the app became free late last year fleet wide.
  3. Yes, that should also be available in the app - look at the current sailing, not yours.
  4. Late in the selling cycle this is not that odd on Q class ships which have the highest ratio of balconies to insides. Having X GTY rates lower than say 4V insides is not that unusual.
  5. You may want to see/ask that in the ports of call section.
  6. Those are usually not settled/confirmed till closer to sailing. You can look at the current sailing in the app for info, but realize that will likely change by your sailing. You can look at the info in the app about a week out and be a bit more certain the same act will be on your sailing.
  7. Just realize it does have some limitations, like the price is not live and it doesn’t include any discounts. Once narrowed down, the search result should be confirmed on the RCI or some other TA site.
  8. CC says you have 17 posts. Anyway, yes, when not showing on the RCI site the sailing is likely sold out.
  9. Some hand out $2 bills for the same effect.
  10. Yep. Again, set the app to this week's sailing, not yours.
  11. Menus for all dining venues, including CK, should be available in the app - set the app to this week for the Eastern run.
  12. " With Royal Caribbean Group's Laura Hodges Bethge to lead Celebrity Cruises as president, her shared services operations team will have new reporting lines. As EVP shared services, Hodges Bethge currently oversees safety, security and environment; risk management, supply chain, port operations, workplace solutions and guest travel services. Going forward, when she takes the Celebrity helm May 1, safety, security and environment will report to Jason Liberty, president/CEO, Royal Caribbean Group. Guest travel services will report to Jim Wells, chief supply chain officer, and the supply chain and risk management groups will answer to CFO Naftali Holtz. Port operations will report to Josh Carroll, VP destination development. And workplace solutions will be under Dana Ritzcovan, EVP and chief people and outreach officer." 13. If you submit the request via email, the credits are usually posted within a couple of business days - doesn't depend on anything else.
  14. RCI’s ships are usually financed via European banks. The ship may have been destined for China but pretty sure there was no direct Chinese financing involved.
  15. Maybe but only in the sense that RCI buys some low bidder mattresses for all their ships. - the ship changes mattresses all the time so exactly what you get is a crap shoot.
  16. There should be two by the desk and a low power one in the bath.
  17. It usually goes on sale for less than that and unless you can’t share, a one device package is enough.
  18. Extra work in paperwork. The profit margin is likely so small they can’t be bothered with the extra work. TAs do get the commission on the extra spent on Royal Up by the customer.
  19. That probably varies by port/staff at the security point and you won't know for sure till you try it. The Seapass for the second sailing may help the situation.
  20. Try to find the actual vendor for the tour and contact them directly instead of waiting for RCI to give you an answer (which will likely never come). Making your own arrangements might be best.
  21. All dining venues' operating hours should be listed in the app.
