If you look at the first quote, we were talking about the 11-11 drinks (the free beer/wine/soda), which someone with access to the SL due to their cabin category (GS and up) is allowed to have without using a C&A voucher. Biker, who is usually pretty good at explaining the issue within the overall context of the question but perhaps isn’t obvious every time.

We were talking about access to the SL via cabin category booked, not other means (like due to your C&A level).
