What are the chances that Royal will sail from Copenhagen again? ⚓️🇩🇰 My daughter is emigrating there for work next month and it would be nice to add on a cruise if I ever go visit! 😉☘️

I follow a UK based blogger who is getting married on P & O Arcadia Half World Cruise from New Zealand to Southampton and is due to go through the Suez Canal on 6th April. Hopefully, since P & O is part of the Carnival Group, she will post any cancellation/re-routing updates.

I hope you are right and they leave at least 1 Oasis ship without it. I know they Abyss that was due to go on in 2020 had to be scrapped as it sat in the shipyard too long

Im taking advantage of the early Allure in Feb 25...not sure how bumpy the crossing will be that time of year though! It baffles me that some ships, especially older ships like Enchantment have the Coke Freestyle Machines and others, like Brilliance or Serenade,dont. I drink Caffine Free and it is difficult to near impossible to have Caffine Free Diet Coke onboard some ships and no, I don't like the taste of Zero product

I would say that there are going to be a lot of people in the same situation - I just don't know how some people can afford these prices! 😔

No, Star of the Seas will not be on my agenda at these ridiculous prices! 🤯 But someone will pay it - a Fool and his money are easily parted as the saying goes!

I miss the old Select Beer, Wine and Soda package that used to be available. I am not a spirit/liquor drinker and would have maybe 1 cocktail per cruise and just stick to beer and cider or soda so the deluxe package is just not good value for me

Living in Ireland I have to fly to all ports. ☘️ It is actually less expensive for me to fly to the US and sail from any Eastern board ports with international flights as it is to fly to Mainland Europe to board in Europe with a shorter flight. European cruises are expensive and there are only so many times you can keep going to the same ports (Barcelona, Nice, La Spezia, Rome & Naples) the same way some of you sailing from Florida are bored with the Caribbean ports. Only difference is that the weather in the Caribbean is a lot better than in Europe! 😎

What is up next on Deployment...I have lost track!

On Serenade in Sept some bar staff were a bit snarky about swapping (I drink Strongbow cider) but they did when they saw a tip was coming their way!

I would love to sail from New Orleans too. I had Majesty booked for my birthday in May 2020 but sure we all know what happened then!! The Brilliance Deployment just didnt fit in with my plans for late 2024/early 2025 so I hope it is offered again!

That is very true @cublet. I have no interest to go on the Icon Class. And they are Royal Caribbean INTERNATIONAL not Royal Caribbean COCO CAY! 🙃

Check out the RCI Blog - an article has just been published saying that there will only be 6 ships in Europe 2025 (a 33% reduction from 9 in 2023) but by sending bigger ships and the total capacity will be reduced by 23%. By comparison NCL is sending 8 ships including NCL Viva and Prima. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Apparently they want to focus on cruises that call at Perfect Day at Coco Cay!

With RCI posting $1bn in profit they can hardly use the excuse for higher prices for reduced services much longer. Yes...I know they took out loans during the shutdown but surely those repayments would be taken into account before posting their profit

Thanks for the heads up - out of all my upcoming cruises the offer was only available on Grandeur! £14.51 for a 3 course lunch! I got a Fillet on Serenade for lunch last month and it was lovely! 🍽️

I got a new style from Brilliance last Nov (didnt receive it until June though) but a clear one of Serenade in Sept as I asked the Loyalty Ambassador if she had any clears left. I did swap my new Brilliance for a clear one on board though!

My 1st time on her. Thinking she will be going to the beach (or sold on) sooner rather than later. I do see she in on the Deployment guesses for2025/26 so you would never know!

I am on the Grandeur Tampa to Boston Repo vis ABCs in August! 🙂

We are doing this next Nov...we get off the Oasis TA in FLL and we are hopping over to Miami to get on Indy! ⚓️
