Agree 100%. I wish Voyager would do a few sailings from Cyprus and then head to Dubai for Winter 2025/26. Each to their own but I will not be travelling to Haifa and it looks like the December Holiday Season will be from there.

Just off the Enchantment TA this morning and I have to say Eric Lopez is one of the best CDs I have sailed with! He is so energetic, has time to chat to everyone and was very personable. The whole activities team were wonderful. In my opinion Eric Lopez is definately up there with Abe Hughes and Mike Szwajkowsk as my favourite CDs!

My refund hit my card this morning...more than the 14 days!!

I was on the last Suez Canal transit in Nov/Dec 2019 on Jewel of the Seas and it was fabulous! If it became available again I would book it in a heartbeat. My Chum lives in Dubai and often sends me pictures of the ships in port and from what I can see it is Costa and MSC. She keeps asking me when I am coming back to see her and I always say "When RCI sail from Dubai again"! ⚓

I agree, I sailed with Mitch on Allure and he was great. His Morning Shows with Flava (I think) were hilarious. I knew he is now doing corporate work. With Mitch and Abe Hughes no longer CDs it leaves a big gap.

The best description I heard of the new blocks was that an intern had a bunch of old brochures and cut out the pictures of ships and stuck them onto the back of a plastic block!!

I can't get over that they are trying to change nearly 85 quid ($102 approx) for 2 sunbeds and a clamshell shade in Labadee. It is nearly 3 times more than when I last was there in 2018!!

I paid for my Pass with some onboard credit and some money. The $50 OBC (£41.31) is showing on my planner but the Pass is still showing as booked so the refund has not been actioned yet!

Some of these responses are getting nasty and there is no need for it. I consider myself to be a seasoned cruiser. I do check my Cruise Planner maybe once or twice a week to see if there are any 'sales' and book or cancel and rebook items accordingly when the price is right. When I saw this yesterday it looked like it was a nice deal. Yes, it seemed very cheap in comparison to what is normally advertised but having done my research I booked it for my sailing later in the year. Under consumer law, it would come under invitation to treat. RCI debited my account straight away and the purchase is on my cruise planner and I have a confirmation email. I have not received any further correspondence from them and it was only through social media and here that I know that it was a 'mistake'. Now I know all about inflation and cost of living crisis and they have debt from the pandemic but I don't expect to buy something in the store for them to come knock my door a few days later and tell me they made a mistake and they want it back! It just annoys me that RCI have not contacted us directly, we are hearing rumours about what is going to happen and people are being rude to others for simply having an opinion.

It is still showing in my purchases and my account has been debited. Lets see how long it takes for them to refund us! 😩
