I would call Celebrity and get the matter resolved. Sometimes the reservation gets locked, and nothing happens until someone unlocks it. A TA cannot do anything until it transfers.

I agree this information would seem to be wrong but who knows with Celebrity Cruises.

In the past, I was able to transfer a reservation over to a travel agent even after making final payment. That is not the case anymore. Per the Celebrity web page to transfer the reservation: Bookings originally booked through our direct channels (ie; Web, Onboard, Consumer Outreach) may only be transferred to a Travel Agent up until 30 days from creation if the request is made outside of Final Payment period and the booking is not paid in full. Just something to be aware of when making your reservations.

I had placed 2 reservations on a courtesy hold, received email confirmation with correct pricing PDF file. I went into my account and then added my street address and the second person's name and Captain Club's number. I then pulled up the reservation again to make sure the changes were present. The price of both cruises went from the correct price around $800 to over $2,300. I called Celebrity and after a very long discussion, the agent stated that ANY changes, even adding a person's name, will reprice the cruise and the price will change. In this case, my promo was dropped. She was able to add the promo back on but also stated Celebrity does not offer this promo anymore. I stated to her that adding a person's name, address and Captain's Club number should not affect the pricing. She stated it does. Upon talking to a different agent, they stated the same thing. Interesting, as I went back on the Celebrity website and was able to price the same cruise and got the same promo.

Purell Prime Defense, 85% alcohol, is the hand sanitizer. You can get a 4 oz bottle at CVS or sometimes Walgreens for around $5 to $6. I had no problem finding them in those drug stores. Amazon had a 4 pack of 12 oz bottle for $33! Do not need that much so went the route of the drug stores. The hand sanitizer does smell like alcohol but using it should cut down on the noro virus.

Several upcoming Princess cruises in May 2023 are completely sold out. So, YES, it is likely the months you want will be sold out. The only way to really find out is to book a cruise and see what is available.

The sauna and locker room is not the place to make "new friends". The last Carnival ship I was on, several guys got busted, by security, for doing things that were not considered appropriate in the sauna. One guy kept on putting the moves on one of the entertainment staff and the staff member almost lost his job. If it was not for me, the entertainment staff would have been booted off the ship. However, the staff member never did anything wrong as he never did make any moves or do anything out of line. Once I heard what the staff member was accused of, by the guy that made the inappropriate moves, I made sure security knew what really took place. The entertainer was able to keep his job and the other guy was not allowed in the gym, spa or locker room after that. Sorry but the gym and sauna is not a bathhouse. Just my advice and opinion.
