I would put Mamma Mia and Ocean Aria way ahead of some comedian. [emoji848]

I found the song that was causing the issue and removed it...so there is about a minute silent stretch in the middle of it. YouTube is editing the video now and once it is done, I will post an update. Thanks for the heads up

Yes, YouTube had a note that might be a problem in certain countries. It works fine here in the USA. What Country are you in?

Here's a video montage from our recent cruise on the Allure. It's a bit choppy...GoPro studio was giving me fits. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Mark

Here is a video I put together from our Allure cruise just after Matthew. We went to Labadee, San Juan and Saint Maarten.

We did a 5 day cruise on Brilliance out of Tampa in 2015. There were definitely some college Spring Breakers on board, but they were not overly obnoxious. All in all, it was a nice cruise. We stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown. Very nice hotel and very convenient to the cruise port.

RCI has an excursion for the return day called Old and New San Juan. It's from 8-12, includes a stop for lunch. The best part is they take your bags and the tour ends at the airport. As I recall, it wasn't too pricey. Nice way to spend the day and see the sights of San Juan with a tour guide.

Going on the allure in January and will be booking excursions through the cruise line. We have on board credit to use. Wondering if we have to prebook excursions or can we wait to do it on the ship. Worried the excursions might be sold out before we get on board? Do excursions sell out a lot on the Allure?
If you book before you board, you have to pay at the time of booking and won't be able to use your OBC.

Royal's FAQ section had this question answered but I'm kind of confused. It says no alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages but doesn't mention water specifically. Are they strict on this for bottles of water?
Then in the last paragraph it says water bottles will be inspected for alcohol in them.. we'd just want to bring one for each of us per day so 14-15 bottles total in a duffle. Allowed or no?
And yes I know the water on board is fine, filtered, blah blah.. ;)
We sailed on Allure 10-9. We had the cab stop at a nearby Walgreens...purchased a case of water and taped an extra pre-printed luggage tag to the top of the case...the water showed up to our room before our luggage!

I'm sorry I forgot to mention, you get 15 cups. For Gold it probably is less of a discount.
I was on Allure on October 9th and asked at the Starbucks kiosk for these cards and was told they weren't selling them any more.

You can stay on the ship until 10AM. Then take a taxi and go to the Boatyard for Sunday brunch. They have an eggs Benedict station!

Was in a JS on Allure last week. CK seemed very under utilized with over 6000 pax on board. We stopped in right after boarding the ship and were able to make dinner reservations in the time slots we wanted without issue (we only reserved it for the two formal nights). Also, after asking very nicely, we were permitted to have lunch there on embarkation...surprise and delight!

Do the half day excursion through RCI that tours old and new San Juan. I think it's only $35 and includes a stop for lunch. They take your bags and drop you at the airport around Noon. We had a 2PM flight and it worked great for us

We have them, and use them to walk around the area, because the sand is very hot and the walkways as well.
This last time in August we were on Barefoot beach and the entrance to the water was actually the sandiest it has ever been, with a little broken shells at the waters edge.
We wore our water shoes anyway, many did not.
Some of the other beaches have rocks and some as big as boulders....
Yea you should take them.
We found cheap ones at wall mart and our good ones we actually got at Target.
Our good expensive ones only last two years.
Enjoy Labadee, we do.
Thanks for your feedback. We are approaching Labadee now and it looks and feels very calm. Leaving San Juan yesterday afternoon was quite choppy...in the evening, we had a great view of the water in the pools sloshing back and forth and spraying 7 or 8 feet in the air!

We are headed there shortly and have never been. Is the water in the swimming area rocky at all? We are fortunate enough to be sharing one of the Nellie's over water cabanas, so any knowledge of that area in particular would be appreciated. Thanks to all for sharing your knowledge with us...it's greatly appreciated and makes each cruise better and better.
Thanks,
Mark

We are on Allure now and headed to Labadee tomorrow. Our itinerary changed this week due to damage at Nassau from Matthew and trying to skirt Nicole before she headed to Bermuda. We changed from Nassau/St. Thomas/St. Maarten to St. Maarten/San Juan/Labadee.

I see what you are saying. You may have better luck viewing it through YouTube instead of following the link. Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully you'll find it worth the effort.
