  1. Happy New Year to you as well 🙂 No definitely not singled out.
  2. Of my last several HAL cruise this has definitely been the longest to show but then we have technically two holidays but when we sailing Koningsdam in November disembarked on a Saturday and 6 days later on Friday it updated. I would have thought this would have updated this past week. Possibly the person or persons that handles this took a long holiday vacation.
  3. Roy, yes by the time I saw the ship it was out in the distance sailing and the web cam was not zoomed in I just noticed that the shape was very different and now knowing it was QM2 it makes total sense that is what it was. When all the ships were in port I did not notice QM2 on the other side of Nieuw Statendam, she could have been up a bit further and then totally blocked by Allure OTS.
  4. Pull it up now they are showing sail Away and Sails going up https://www.portstmaartenwebcam.com/
  5. You know I think the other ship that left was QM2 based on the shape The sails are going up on the Wind Surf!! Very Cool!!
  6. Pretty sure Wind Surf's departure time was to be 7pm tonight so they must have decided to leave early.
  7. I am surprised Wind Surf is moving as well but did not bring up her sails.
  8. Nieuw Statendam is still there. There was a smaller ship on the other side of NS that I could not make out what it was prior.
  9. I am not sure what ship that is sailing out of St Maarten, I stepped away from my computer.
  10. It had appeared the Nieuw Statendam moved but now she is not moving. possibly just appears she moved due to the sun shining on her. Since both NS and Allure were to leave at 5 local time I am guess they will be later. Still lots of people heading toward Allure to board.
  11. Nieuw Statendam is now pulling out of St Maarten https://www.portstmaartenwebcam.com/ They may follow her all the say out.
  12. Yes, I am thinking their departure time is probably more like 5:30 but guessing Nieuw Statendam is at 5 their time. It is too bad that NS will probably leave first so hard to see it till it gets away from Allure OTS. I think it is funny that the web cam in St Marten shows the ship I was on just 2 weeks ago today and the ship I will be on in 9 weeks 😂 And the one in-between is one I will never be on.
  13. I am watching the St Maarten Web Cam and both Allure OTS and NS are schedules to leave at 5, in about 12 minutes, web cam has zoomed in so you can see lots of people rushing to the Allure maybe they are leaving a bit later than schedules.
  14. I tried processing my August cruise and it came back stating that I must wait Till August to submit any cruise after July 31, 2024. So what happens if your cruise is the beginning of August. I find this really strange. I figured I would wait an attempt to do it between March and May.
  15. For anyone interested you can see Nieuw Statendam on the St Maarten Web Cam. https://www.portstmaartenwebcam.com/ If the web cam does like it did for the Zaandam last Saturday they will follow it out all the way for almost a full hour. The camera and zoom quality is excellent. Also in port today is Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas and Windstar Wind Surf. I actually requested them to start following the Sail Away for the Windsurf which is not till 7pm. Prior to departing Windsurf does a Ceremony of Raising the sails and with this camera should be able to be witnessed nicely. Nieuw Statendam is scheduled to leave at 5pm which will be 4pm Eastern time.
  16. @Haljo1935 Is it possible that the dogs belong to an entertainer on board? Throughout the years I have known of many of the entertainers that had dogs on board that were in their performance. Enjoy your cruise!! Mele Kalikimaka!!
  17. Unfortunately the web cam is not watching and zooming in. I will email PTZtv this week and request they start to follow Wind Surf for her 7 pm sail away. I believe I can kind of make her out and saw when the front sails appeared.
  18. Hi, this could be my new weekly Saturday afternoon thing if the camera zooms in on Wind Surf. https://www.portstmaartenwebcam.com/ About an hour and 45 minutes ago I watched the St Maarten web cam of the HAL Zaandam Sail Away, the web cam zoomed in nicely and followed her out for a full hour. Sail Away for Wind Surf should be in about 10 minutes 7pm local time for St Maarten. Waiting to see if they zoom into her and watch them bring up her sails.
  19. Yes will be on the Wind Surf the one that is in St Maarten right now, I am waiting to watch the Wind Surf Sail Away in about 40 minutes, prior to sailing Wind Star sailing Yachts do a ceremony of raising the sails. I am sure they will zoom into the ship when they do that since they did such a great job of following the Zaandam sail out. The web cab appears to have an excellent zoom. It departs from St Maarten every Saturday at 7 pm during the winter.
  20. It's been 50 beautiful minutes of watching the Zaandam still sailing out of St Maarten, the web cam following her all the way out and still following https://www.portstmaartenwebcam.com/
  21. Zaandam is sailing out of St Maarten right now https://www.portstmaartenwebcam.com/
  22. Hi Nancy, yes I am planning on doing a Live From and What's for Dinner although will need to post on the Windstar board but will post here to let everyone know.
