You said that the bathrooms are a typical bathroom. Did you mean atypical like horrible. The toilet area is really small.

I have never heard of this happening. Gets asked a lot but never heard it happen with Carnival.

At the Fortune Teller's Bar on the Mardi Gras, I love the Venus Rising. It has this awesome pink cube in it. Fun to drink and tasty,

What did you win?
If you are asking me, we didn't. In fact I will not even go into the prize because they were very vague about what it was. We lost on the last question, I never would have thought of the answer. Unfortunately, my son who didn't play, thought of it right away. Win some you lose some, right? It was a blast though.
Oh, BTW, I didn't play either. I watched. We still had the 5 you need.

My family was on the Feud. You first take a photo. Then if selected you move on to a try out where you try and answer questions. One person from your group does it. My wife rocked it for example. Then you move on if you got more "points" I believe. I'm fuzzy on that. We did the first show. We think our photo was selected because of the age groups we represented, 14 to 50s. It was awesome and a great experience. You cannot video tape it though since they only have so many shows they purchased from Family Feud this can't get out.

Sunday Ticket, I believe, is up for bid soon. I hear Apple is the favorite to get it. I can't imagine that being a good thing for cruise ships.
And to stay on topic, I second getting there early. Hero's lounge didn't have a ton of seats in relation to NFL popularity but I bet people bring chairs over from Guy's.

I do not believe they have them in burrito size, just taco.

We had Monster on the Valor in May. Did it change again?
Mardi Gras may have had Monster, I just didn't see it.

About how many USB ports are in a standard balcony room on the Mardi Gras and where are their approximate locations?
I believe there are 2 on the desk and 1 on each side of the bed on the light thingy they have. The next to the bed thing is handy because I plugged my phone in and used the little shelf next to the bed.

Just off the Mardi Gras and wore shorts into Rudi's. No one said a word even though they are not allowed. I saw a bunch of dress shorts. People need to relax a bit, IMO. The fact that I wore dress shorts didn't ruin anyone's time. I would be willing to bet no one noticed. Fahrenheit 555 is no different. Just be comfortable.

Just off this past Saturday. Chibang is free, as is Cucina and Pig and Anchor. I highly recommend both Chibang and Cucina. Both were great. If you are YTD it was easy to get a table. When we put in for a table it was only like 45 minutes and it goes fast. That was for a table of 7. Also, you can get lobster the first dress your best night at either Chibang or Cucina so feel free to go there and order that up. Our party did. It was fun to add that to the mix of food at Chibang.

What is the replacement energy drink?
Rockstar is not the best but it was good enough.
I was just on the Mardi Gras and they had Celcius, in both Peach and Kiwi. Kiwi was good and my daughter loved the peach.

Carnival and the CDC don't seem to be very clear on if you need the second booster if you are over 50 or not. Are there any over 50 people here, who have cruised lately, who can help me? Not sure when to tell my 50+ people to test, Wednesday or Thursday. Hoping they can do Wednesday but I think they have just a single booster.

This has been a port of call issue, not a US issue. I'm not sure this island nations are going to jump up and change anything because of the US. I could be wrong but i just do not see it.

He may be more comfy standing in the corner of the room. I'm 5'10 and like just fit. Granted it was on other ships but at 6'4" that could be feet hanging off territory. Maybe he will find a single cruiser person to hang out with and the sofa will not be an issue 🙈🙉🙊

I came here just looking for what you thought of Fishlips since we will be going there next month. 8 pages later I find myself looking forward to the next post. You are doing a great job.

Just looked in the Chicago burbs by me and nothing after 5/23. Also, CVS has no free tests anymore here. They are charging. WOW!

The bathroom is my biggest concern for this ship. I have heard that it is tight. I plan on public bathrooms I guess like @hockeyluver 's husband did. I also hear the public bathrooms have a trick to locking the door. Need to look into that too I guess.

I thought they stopped being free may 1st, but maybe that was just when prices increased.
That was proven to be false, they are not charging starting May 1st.

when is your cruise? it might be tooo early to check in
June 18th. It appeared yesterday.

My phone app has a button that says check-in on it. I click it and it goes no where really. It just opens up Carnival's site in a browser. Can you check in on the app? Anyone seen this before?

I believe ship time stays in the time zone it ports from, so Mardi Gras would be EST.
-
I do all the time. You need a license too. Unless you have a kid then they would not have a license.

Mardi Gras- hole in sign and sail card
in Carnival Cruise Lines

I'm sure it depends on the person and the tool they use but on my Mardi Gras trip the hole was so small. I clip mine and I really needed to get it in there. I guess it was never going to come off though!
