Tax always added, but the $88,99 pre tax price is a good deal at that price it is worth it to us YMMV if you decide to use, I think you will like it

Back working on website just managed to snag $88.99 beach club passes for 2 of our other sailings Happy Days ! I cleared out cookies and cache and logged back in and voila ! Probably coincidence or very good timing

We managed to snag 3 TS tickets, that was easier than buying stuff from Royal 🤣 Was just able to get beach passes at Cococay for one of our cruises for $88.99 So some of site working just need to try and get booked on the other cruises at same price

Same issue with credit card I’d like to spend money, and IT have risen again and failed to make stuff work need to snag those beach club day passes Now reserve buttons are greyed out and says to call ☎️

I agree with you for the most part, it becomes much better and works better once you are on your sailing And is a very good alternative to the paper cruise planner 👍🏻 Aa a big company you would like to think they would want all of their technology and sales channels operational 💯 regardless. So the options that are there for consumers to use In App and purchase items for upcoming cruises. If that functionality only works for one cruise , that limits the user who wishes to use the App route to not buying more Also agree the App is continually updating and more functions are added Unfortunately when something is added, there always seems to be the knock on effect of breaking something that was not broken. BETA testing probably never occurs

If Royal fixed the App and I could see all 8 of our cruises that are booked, I would take a few minutes to look at prices and maybe buy some stuff. Royal does not think there are any issues with the App, but it’s been broke for weeks now. logging out, logging back in 👎🏻 uninstalling and reinstalling 👎🏻 It will work for most who only have one cruise planned, I know of at least 13 other people that can’t see anymore than one of their booked cruises. I know I can use the internet, I know I can call and wait online for hours to speak to a CSR. Just think if the App worked and functioned 💯 they would or could make more money RC are you out there 😳

We only see our next cruise in App 😳 The other 7 have vanished into IT oblivion… I am sure just another faux pax from IT, if you type in reservation number it will say already linked 😉 They are still there, but not to be seen by the naked eye. Happy Days!
