My concern is mention of a refund on a cruise I board in 3 weeks.
They asked me to send all documentation and had my booking number.
chat has me at 67 ahead of me now.
yes, this is why I alerted others here.
my booking is shown in the app and in the personalizer.
I have written to Princess.
i tried chat. But listen- the phone conversations can mess this up, so I am leaving it for now.
Ok, I let Princess know about this.
Cannot get through to chat or phone right now.
One other thing- I noticed MedallionClass charge to my credit card yesterday. Order Dec for Feb 18 th cruise. No emails or tracking. Nothing indicated that this is related.
So, I do not take phone calls from Princess ie: promotions or CVP.
I’m not getting any other weird emails from anyone else.

the only info in email of mine is my booking number and my email.

I received an email with my Booking number asking me for details for my refund request.
This is the cruise I am going on February 18-25/24. I did not cancel or ask for a refund.
What is going on?
My app & personalizer have me confirmed.
I did not click on any links or reply.

an article is posted on fb about a 23 year old worker at shipyard being injured and possibly workers considering strike.
