  4. SD. has opened up for me just now- for Oct.19 th cruise. Says Open after October 14th sailings.
  5. Love by Britto was my only reservation I could make, other then signature restaurant - which is walk in. Oct.19 th. Views are nice, 👍. I don’t really care about the view, more so, the smokers & speedos dripping while brushing by my table in the classy Sanctuary private dining room.
  6. Can the elevators behind the new sanctuary restaurant be used to access the wakeview pool rather then walking through the restaurant?
  7. I’ve had results through this email. After 5 months I sent copies to JP, as well and got a phone call.
  8. Cruisedoctor- excellent description & photos which is what I was asking for. The walkway through the sanctuary restaurant to the wakeview pool had me wondering what kind of joke is this! Guess I’ll get to experience it 5/7 nights since I was not able to book dining reservations on those nights nor able to purchase a Premier package pre cruise- website errors. Princess has dropped the ball with me.
  9. Cruise doctor, thanks for this excellent description of the sanctuary restaurant- just what I was wondering about. I will be on October 19th to experience it. I’ve been intouch with a few friends who have unfortunately been disturbed by noise, no seating in shows, no availability of desirable dining times. I believe you looked into the D0- aft cabins on your first voyage and I am pleased to say that these 12 cabins are classified as Sanctuary balconies with access to the private signature restaurant and use of the Sanctuary, as described when I booked months ago. enjoy your cruise.

  12. It does show all the items you get n the Premier package. It does not list the reservations you made.
  13. On-board agree. pre cruise booking, problems- app, website glitches, customer service calls, chat unacceptable.
  14. I’ve read Your posts. I would have been very upset having booked a Sanctuary balcony, Signature Suite and Vista Suite with the disruption to my cruises. Take your complaints to the top- JP and the suits who made these inconsiderate decisions. I am hearing more are to come once ship arrives ( possibly early) in Florida. Sure, some are saying they were not affected and others were. You have a right to complain. Be kind
  15. Listen, you have contributed above and beyond on this forum to our benefit from well before the Sun started sailing. I am so grateful for your help and sharing. Princess, and the buck starts at the top, is responsible for the changes and total disregard for those paying passengers who were ripped off recently. ( and it continues). I’ve found that handy feature on here so I don’t have to see some posts. I’ll check out your Brits on a ship…
  16. I booked 2 cruises on that 3day sale and each gave us $900 US OBC- but, I did get an excellent fare that I can’t see them dropping much more. Pick carefully, as it clearly says non refundable deposit-$99 pp.
  17. Thanks for confirming it isn’t just me. I had quite a talk with the staff who called me a few days ago and told her I was aware of many others who had the same messages as I was getting. I expect the Premier might have a limit, as I can only see 2 SD offered for my dates. Doesn’t matter to me as I paid to dinner at Love for 2 nights- atleast that one shouldn’t be under construction. And I have almost enough free OBC to purchase Plus on the ship. We won’t qualify for the double captain credits.
  18. Well, what do you know? My app & website is currently being corrected after 5 months. Still cannot purchase a package, but tells me to contact TA. so there's hope for others...
  19. OMG! NO FREEBIES, but the app & website has corrected these errors after 5 months. My booking offers me to purchase a PLUS package, but then tells me to contact my travel advisor to do it. It no longer says "You've purchased a Premier package."
  20. I did not buy a package. Blocked from buying one, but my app & website keep going between my having the old and the new premier package. They can’t/ won’t fix it and I have to wait until I get on ship to buy a package if I want one. It is not a free upgrade. probably OPs is error too
  21. I'm sure they will sell package to you when you board. I won't be posting,on here (fed up), but will write up a review of my October 19/24 SUN-Sanctuary balcony in the REVIEW section on this site.
